Art Days
Our foundation is hosting monthly art project days for the children admitted at St John's Children's Hospital. This gives the kids the opportunity to get out of their room and meet some new faces!
Yoga with Ashley
Journey Like June Foundation collaborated with Ashley at Wholeself Healing Resilience Center to provide a biweekly yoga class for the kids (& families!!) admitted to pediatrics at St John's Children's Hospital over the summer of 2024.
St John’s Pediatric Day Hospital Playroom Renovation
Our foundation has pledged $50,000 to St John’s Children’s Hospital to fund the renovation of the new pediatric day hospital playroom. The pediatric day hospital is where the pediatric oncology patients go to get their weekly labs and outpatient chemotherapy (as well as many other specialty patients getting outpatient therapies). This playroom will provide an outlet for children and teens that come in for their outpatient treatments. Stay tuned to see the progress of the playroom as we help the pediatric staff decorate and stock toys.
Being in the hospital is never fun. Our in- hospital programs aim to get the kids out of their rooms and let them see some new scenes and faces. Our goal with in-hospital programs is to help bring some sunshine to their hospital stays.
